Life is full of ups and downs, he needs to understand that his mother has a problem with addiction, and needs to turn to her and help her not walk away, notice how he puts up the “tough guy” front, sayin that he didnt want her back in his life, but then breaks down like a child the minute things got emotional. He too needs some help, to get all those locked up emotions out. I belive this was the first step for him.
