I had a baby 4 months ago and i have wrinkles on my stomach. I’m trying out for a NBA dance team in 3 weeks. I also dance for another company. The requirment is to show my stomach but it has wrinkles. My stomach is flat. I need help and suggestions on what i should do. Should I get wrinkle therapy? Airbrush? Cosmetic surgery? Body Paint? It needs to be permanent or semi-permanent.

How old do you have to be and what is a typical day like? What do you do and do you like your jobs? Being an aide, do it make you want to go all the way and become either a physical therapist or occupational therapist? I need some advice because I am thinking about getting a job as an occupational therapy aide or physical therapy aide.

i heard that if you have an addiction you can replace it with a new one to get rid of it
well, im addicted to coke(the soda) and im not fat yet, but i know i will be if i keep drinking it, so what should i replace it with?
i kinda need something that will make me energized cause i practically fall asleep in school and i cant pay attention if i dont have coke with lunch

Im a single mom with a ten year old daughter. I am a drug addict soon to be going into a 90 day inpatient treatment center and she will be going with me. She is at an age, that in my opinion ,shes to old not to question this but to young to find out her mommy is a drug addict. It will be very soon that I have to sit her down and explain where we’ll be going and i dont know how to, without it damaging her. And, at the same time I want to be fully prepared for the questions she’ll have.

Or would this cause the baby more harm? I’ve heard that the baby can get addicted to methadone if the mother takes it while the baby is inside her womb. Should the woman just stop her use of drugs and wait until the baby gets born before she seeks treatment?

I would really like to help somebody to overcome a drug addiction. Though she is so far in, im not quite sure where to start.

So do you have any tips for helping somebody to do so, please?

How do I determine a massage therapist’s legitimacy? I have achilles tendinitis and a groin pull. I have want to run again and massage therapy might heal my injuries. I want both parts of my two legs massaged and I do not wanted to be ripped off.

20 years ago i went through rehab. Life went on. I finished college, got a job and a long the way discovered that I am just fine with social drinking. It doesn’t trigger me into anything destructive. I know I have a vulnerability when it comes to some drugs… so I take care around those types drugs and abstain from them.
I don’t personally see anything wrong with managing a propensity towards addiction without complate abstanance from all substances if you’re happy and functional. I have maybe 1 or 2 beers twice a month with my fish tacos.
20 years later, is it really necessary to be a recovery natzi? Some people in the program can’t wrap their heads around it. But is that becasue they need to abstain from eveything and can’t wrap their heads around being able to have a drink without becoming dysfuctional about it?
Looking for you .02. I saw a shrink for something unrelated but she gave me lots of grif over the fact that I was in rehab 20 years ago (for a drug)that I now drink.
If I have not had any issues or problems socially drinking for 15 years, why should I stop now just because I had a problem 20 years ago? I just don’t get it – it doesn’t make sense to me. The point, is that it’s fun, and cultural.
I’m afraid the more I talk to recovering addicts, the less I relate.

My boyfriend drives a truck for a living. He chews around 10 Tylenol 3 to stay awake, and has recently been prescribed Percoset. Over the past few months he has become very moody, quick to anger. Is it possble for him to be addicted?

My mom lives there. I have just recently gotten word from my sister that she’s gotten involved in drugs. I think this is because of the fact that my father lives far away from us and has just abandoned us recently. That really crushed my mom. I hate knowing that this is happening to her. My sister is asking for my help in searching for addiction treatment centers. How will I do this?

I am an addict in recovery and am dealing with an eating disorder and find it difficult to find a balance and not let my weight get out of control and stay clean and sober at the same time.
Does anyone out there have any advice for me. My number one goal is to stay clean off drugs.
