    Having an eating disorder caused a lot of trouble and issues to arise in my life, but now that I have a new perception and spent some time at the facility in Bel Air, I am confident to take them on with courage and inner strength.

    The treatment that my brother received in Newport Beach was such a success. I want to thank all of the staff and especially Giza for teaching him how to succeed in this life with a new self awareness.

    I really liked what she had to say about being in the here and now and how she uses breathing techniques with her patients to be more present so she can reach the soul. I am for certain that that is very helpful.
