Okay, I am like a computer addict. I always go on the computer(like 3 hours a day!) and sometimes I worry that I’ll get fat. I tried finding something else to do, but I always go go right back to the computer! Please, help me find a plan to get my butt off the addictive computer!

For about 3weeks now I’ve been having peanut butter cravings everday whenever I’m hungry. I have peanut butter sandwiches for breakfast, lunch, and as a snack. I normally take in a lot of peanut butter when I have it, about 1 1\2 sandwiches a meal. What can I do to stop my addiction?

My mother is disabled and a prescription pain pill addict. She has serious back problems and got hooked to the pills. Her doctor has been told about her addiction and continues to prescribe her the pills. I want to know if there is any legal action I can take to get the doctor to stop giving her pain medication.

I need to type papers and study for finals but I’ve been procrastinating for days addicted to partying and playing this game I play all the time. What to do? I tried playing just a little, tried turning it off, but I always find something else better to do or just do a little work then stop. What to do I need help now. Please no lectures or mom advice. Keep it trill.

I’m a 15 year old girl scout (don’t ask) and i’m working on my gold award. That’s like a really big 4 year project. Some people build shelters or send books to 3rd world countries.

I really want to do something to help stop child abuse. I read the book ‘A Child Called It’ and it made me really want to do something to stop or prevent child abuse. Ludacris’s new video ‘Runaway Love’ really influenced me too.

Doing something for the victims in the shelters is easy, but they’re already saved. I want to help the other children who really need it.

I know it’s a lot to ask and there’s no real way to stop it. But there has to be something I can do. And I have a whole troop supporting me and 4 years to do it.

And by the way, I can’t fundraise.

Any ideas are appreciated.

Some people suggest indulging in the fantasy until it gets “boring”, others say to pray (which I have been, very very verrrry often), and i’ve even been told that a sex therapist could be the only answer.

I find this really embarrassing, so I don’t want anyone to know about it, and i’m also unable to attend a therapist or any other medical/psychological treatment. Please help! maybe some tips, experiences, anything.

I’m assuming this could be handled like any other addiction, if you have anything that might be helpful please tell!
