It’s just that… it takes such a short span of time for a person to get addicted to a drug. Why then does it take so long for te individual to recover?

I mean he did go to sex rehab….. Although Dr. Drew said he is already starting on a bad track to recovery because his speech today is a publicity stunt he should be apologizing for what he’s done not talking about golf.

He’s still a great golfer why should that be affected?

what are the effects on a person with Hep. C and also who has been using Heroin for years. what is there life expectancy?

Can someone get hooked to Tylenol PM and become an addict and depend on them to help them fall asleep? because I take them every night and end up sleeping until late in the afternoon.

I have worked in customer services for about 10 years. Every company is different with how much abuse you are expected to take. I have had jobs where I had to just take endless abuse, personal insults and just stand there and smile, and I have had jobs where I am allowed to hang up on or walk away from very nasty customers.
at my job now we are allowed to hang up if a customer way out of line.

I’m asking this because my sister is going to undergo addiction treatment soon and I would very much like to be there for her, even if only in some days. I’d like to know whether drug rehabs allow this. Thanks.

Baby is 4 pounds 5 ounces and the hospital says there are no drugs in baby and he is very healthy. How soon should problems develop?

I am a junior in high school, and right now are looking towards being a physical Therapist, particularly in Sports Medicine. I would like to know what the average years are for completing this in college and what degree I am going to end up with. I’d also like to know what additional information i would need if I were to be in Sports Medicine instead of just being a Physical Therapist. I have a friend who is going to get himself treated for his alcohol addiction. How long would it be until he recovers? When will he be able to get out of rehab?

We’ve been thinking of having my sister undergo an addiction treatment program, but we’re wondering how long it will take her to actually finish it. I know that there are some which last for over a month, and some are even shorter. Are there any ideas?
