Today I read in the Buffalo News a story about the abuse the mentally/physically challanged endure day in and out. My question is attacking, abusing, or hurting a disabled person considered a hate crime by the federal governent and if not should it be? I see not difference is a crime agaist them and a hateful crime against a person of another race or religion.

Am 26 years and married but i still watch porn videos and i could not overcome this. Everyday it is being a must for me to watch some porn videos. I don’t drink smoke or nothing but i feel this like an addiction. I enjoy watching porn and masturbating more than having sex with my wife. Is it normal or abnormal. How can i overcome this. Pleeeeeeese help me?

What Are The Steps Towards Breaking A Severe Addiction?

Anything of the sort, whether it be t.v, sex, drugs, internet, money, or whatever the severe case is.
How do you break this, without seeking professional help?
It is possible, so without going to a mental facility, or seeking help, can one over come this addiction on their own.
With the help of no others, how can this be done?
